Below are a handful of frequently asked questions and some tips that you might find helpful for keeping your home in order between services. If there are any other questions that you might have that aren’t answered here please reach out and let us know!

What can I do in the kitchen to keep up between services?
Mr. Clean Magic Erasers are your bestfriend!
Sweep the floor at least once a week to gather up any possible fallen food debris
Wipe down stove top with a damp rag after every use
How can I get all this dust out of my house?
The air quality of your home could be suffering if you don’t regularly change your homes air filter. We recommend changing it every 3-4 months. Should you ever have renovations done we always recommend changing filters after completion and 2 more weeks after that.
Do I need to supply any cleaning products?
We provide everything that we need to clean a home. Unless you have specific cleaners that you would like used, we have you covered! Everything that we use is non-toxic, pet friendly, and kid safe!
What should I stay on top of if I’m scheduled every 4 weeks?
The top 3 things that we recommend should be done at least once between servicing every 4 weeks. Those tasks are vacuuming at least once (preferably on week 2), wiping down heavily used counter surfaces i.e. bathroom sink, kitchen counter by stove, etc. Lastly we recommend that every home should let some sort of bleach toilet bowl cleaner sit in their toilet for at least 5 minutes to keep away any long lasting stains
What services do you not offer?
There are a hand full of services that we cannot provide either because we aren’t at a clients house long enough or because it isn’t in our licensed scope of work. What are those services you ask? Well some of the services we don’t offer include laundry, dishes, clean the exterior of windows, or shampoo carpets just to name a few. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about another service you might have questions about.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Whatever is easiest for you! Some clients give us a key, others a garage code, and some are home. It really is whatever you’re the most comfortable with.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Check, Cash, & Venmo. Whatever you feel is easiest!
Do you make beds?
Whatever you decide is going to be easiest for you. If you would like to have the sheets stripped and changed then we can take care of it.
